Meeting

Hi everyone! Here's an update for you: A few of us met with a committee at the municipal building who is responsible for supporting events in Mt. Lebanon, physically and financially, and we've been given the "go ahead" to get planning and strategizing.


And that's where all of you come in!!!

We've heard from so many of you... and we know a lot of you are out-of-town... but we have yet to see you Pittsburghers at our meetings!!

If you have time, please stop by this Tuesday, at the private room at Molly Brannigan's at 6:30PM, at least, because we're going to be planning an event to take place over Winter Break! We need all the suggestions you can give us. If you can't come, but at some point you'd be willing to volunteer in any way... let us know!

We've had people email us that they'd be willing to be our group photographer, our graphic specialist, a party host for smaller LEBO events, etc... If you think you can contribute... speak up, please... we'd appreciate it!

A CALL TO ACTION

You know who we are, you have an idea what we want to do, now we need your help! We need people to help with planning, we need people to host smaller events once a month around Mt. Lebanon, we need peole who are willing to help drum up financial support and sponsorships from the places they work, etc... We need a commitment from you, not just a "drop by whenever you feel like it." We are really trying to solidify our mission, goals, planning.

We are having a meeting on Dec. 12 at 6:30PM at the back room of Molly Brannigan's. We hope to see you there!
